Who We Are

Education Not Deportation (END) is a project of the National Immigrant Youth Alliance – an undocumented youth-LED network of grassroots organizations, campus-based student groups and individuals committed to achieving equality for all immigrant youth, regardless of their legal status. Our core values are to Empower, Educate and Escalate.

The National Immigrant Youth Alliance provides direct, one-on-one support, including media training, legal support if needed, and legislative support, in addition to traditional organizing support in the following states: AL, CA, GA, IL, IN, MI, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA and WA.

To date, member organizations of NIYA have been able to stop countless deportations of DREAM eligible youth.

We work closely with a network of immigration attorneys and advocates to help as many undocumented youth as we can. We do so in collaboration with the following organizations:

Educators for Fair Consideration – (E4FC)’s mission is to help immigrant students realize the American dream of college and citizenship. They provide direct support and advocacy for immigrant students who have grown up in the United States but face challenges due to financial need and immigration status.

Asian Law Caucus (ALC) – The mission of the Asian Law Caucus is to promote, advance, and represent the legal and civil rights of the Asian and Pacific Islander communities. Recognizing that social, economic, political and racial inequalities continue to exist in the United States, the Asian Law Caucus is committed to the pursuit of equality and justice for all sectors of our society with a specific focus directed toward addressing the needs of low-income and Asian and Pacific Islanders
